Where’s the Freight? Dodge City, Rapid City, Texarkana, Brooklyn and Tucson To See High Demand in Coming Week

Share it:

Welcome to the Friday edition of Where’s the Freight?,” Trucker Tools’ free freight forecast for trucking companies and owner operators. In this and every edition of “Where’s the Freight?,” you’ll learn where demand and rates are likely to be high and low over the next five to seven day period. Armed with this vital information, you can maximize your profit margins by prioritizing loads to/from markets that are expected to see high demand and minimize your losses by avoiding loads in markets where demand and rates are projected to be low. This week, you can expect Dodge City, Kan., to remain a hot spot for reefer freight, while Hartford, Conn., will continue to see extremely low demand (and rates) for reefer. If you run power only, you’ll want to keep an eye on Brooklyn, N.Y., this week, as power only demand is projected to increase there. Over the next week, you also can expect to see demand for flatbed capacity increase for Yakima, Wash., Huntington, W.Va. and Southwestern Ontario.

For more insight into which markets are likely to see high and low demand and rates in the coming week, check out the rest of this Friday edition of Trucker Tools’ “Where’s the Freight?” below.
