As a freight broker or third party logistics provider business, you may have to meet visibility consistency and compliance minimums to even have a conversation with shippers about transporting their freight.
After the end of each quarter, we recognize those freight broker and third party logistics companies that are going above and beyond with real-time visibility. Our quarterly Visibility Compliance Champions have made service a top priority by achieving visibility compliance rates of 80 and 90 percent and higher with the real-time load tracking component of Trucker Tool’s Smart Capacity platform. A hearty congratulations to those 3PLs and freight brokers that achieved an average 90 to 100 percent visibility compliance rate with Trucker Tools’ load tracking for the first time in the fourth quarter of 2021! Those whose average visibility compliance rates are between 90 and 100 percent are designated as Diamond Visibility Champions. Scoring an average visibility compliance rate of 90 to 100 means that 90 percent or more of the load tracking requests sent to drivers/carriers were accepted and successfully completed.
