This April 6-9, Trucker Tools will join 1,200 logistics professionals for four days of networking, educational sessions and social events at the Transportation Intermediaries Association’s TIA 2022 Capital Ideas Conference & Exhibition in San Diego. On Thursday, April 7, at 2 p.m., Gollapalli will join Kingsgate Logistics’ Senior VP of Strategy and Innovation Tom Curee, Intelligent Logistics’ VP of Operations Brandon Arnold, and HubTek’s Chief Sales Officer Daniel Hellmann for a discussion of how technology is changing the freight brokerage and logistics industries. The session, “Embracing Innovation To Succeed, Scale, and Grow Profits,” will be held in the Marriott Grand Ballroom 10-11 and is part of the conference’s Technology Track. This session will center on the sea changes the industry currently is experiencing as analog and manual processes give way to digitization. As part of the conversation, panelists will discuss the winning strategies that companies can adopt to ultimately drive customer success and sustainable growth.
Factor in Employee Culture While Adopting New Digital Tools: Friday, April 8
The second session, “Factor in Employee Culture While Adopting New Digital Tools,” will be held on Friday, April 8, at 2 p.m., as part of TIA’s Learning Lab. Gollapalli also will lead this session, which will focus on the role that company culture plays in any technology implementation. Gollapalli will lead a discussion on how robust training, education, establishment of new processes and encouragement of creative thinking across an organization can increase the positive impact that a technology can provide. Best practices for integrating new technology into your operations, as well as the importance of gaining employee buy-in and engagement around technology implementation also will be discussed.
