Where’s the Freight? Texarkana, Grand Junction, Mobile, Tucson and Winnipeg Hottest Freight Markets Over Next Week

Welcome to the newest edition of “Where’s the Freight?,” Trucker Tools’ free freight forecast for fleets and drivers. In this and every edition of “Where’s the Freight?,” you’ll discover where demand and rates will be high and low over the next week across the United States and Canada.
Over the next five to seven day period, you can expect flatbed demand and rates to remain flat in many markets, which isn’t atypical for this time of year. However, the Texarkana, Texas, flatbed market proves to be the exception with demand and rates for flatbed capacity in this region expected to be extremely high in the coming week. This week, Grand Junction, Colo., is likely to see high demand for reefer capacity, while Cheyenne, Wyo., will be a cold market for refrigerated freight. If you run power only loads, you’ll want to prioritize loads to/from Montgomery, Ala., over the next week, since demand and rates are projected to increase significantly.
For more on which U.S. and Canadian freight markets will see high and low demand and rates in the coming week, check out the rest of this mid-week edition of “Where’s the Freight?” below.
